1. Regarding Accounts
1.1 All members are only allowed to one account even if it is from two
different computers (if found with to or more it will result in termination of
your accounts).
1.2 Accounts are not allowed to be sold, if you are going to move or anything
else that will cause you to change IP address please contact us.
1.3 All members will be required to activate their accounts through email
before accessing their account panel.
1.4 Please do not try to log in to another members account in your computer if
you have an account as well.
1.5 Please keep your password and information to yourself and don't give any of
the information of your account out.
1.6 All members that join must be able to understand English and will not be
treated any different because of their culture.
1.7 If you sign in through two different IPs you can be subject to ban unless you inform us before.
2. Cheating
2.1 All members caught cheating will have their respective accounts banned.
2.2 You may not have more than two accounts even if it is through two
different IP addresses.
2.3 Hack attempts will be logged and will lead to IP ban.
2.4 Cheating with our advertisers and site funds will not be tolerated.
3. Refunding
3.1 We will not be giving refunds to cheating members or members which dont
deserve it.
3.2 If you wish for a refund do not refund through payment processors or you
account will be banned and you will not recieve refund.
3.3 To recieve refund please post in our forum or contact us at info@ultimateclix.com
3.4 Refunds will only be provided within 48hours of purchase so please carefully consider this before purchasing
4. Payments
4.1 All payments will be made through alertpay for some time.
4.2 Standard members can request payments once they have reached $5 and
Premium members will be able to request payment once they have reached $3.
4.3 Once you recieve your first payment you must post proof in forum to be
eligable for next payment.
4.4 Payments will be paid within 1-5 days for Standard members and 0-72
hours for Premium members.
4.5 Users will only be able to request payment once a week.
5. Referrals
5.1 There will be a direct referral limit of 25 for Standard members and
250 for Premium members.
5.2 You will not be allowed to refer yourself as your referral.
5.3 If one of your referrals is caught cheating your account will not be
deleted instead we will deduct the earnings from that referral.
5.4 Referrals will not be changed under any circumstances..
